The HUB Coliving & Coworking Space was inspired by the digital nomads, travelers, and location-independent workers who visit Lake Atitlan every year. They have discovered what those of us who call this magical lake home already know – that this place has a special energy that helps you create a unique, intentional lifestyle.
Inspired by this movement, we created a special place that would be a gathering spot, coworking space, home, and community. We are located right off the road - just minutes from the lake - in Lower Tzununa.
The HUB Coliving area features private and family rooms to foster a close-knit atmosphere. Guests can work in one of the many common areas, cook in the kitchen or socialize with like-minded people. We have hosted affiliate marketers, travel bloggers, videographers, writers, app developers, and many other guests who are creating business and projects.
The coworking space features several different types of workspaces for every kind of digital nomad. From those seeking a communal open floorplan, to those who desire a private office.

tzununa: hummingbird valley
Tzununa is an untouched and authentic Kaqchikel village - much quieter than the other lake towns. Tzununa is an undiscovered gem - full of charm and tranquility. Yet to be developed into a tourist hub, you are likely to hear only the sounds of children playing, church singing, and a chorus of insects at night.
If hiking and nature is your thing, there are a multitude of different walks for you to tackle. A stunning waterfall lies only 25 minutes away, and there is the famous Jailbalito hike with amazing views across the lake.
You can also order drinks and veggie delights at our cafe. Or, you can wander to Maya Moon, the Bamboo, or various other local restaurants for food and drink selections (and great views!)

We have space for a maximum of 11 guests, at any one time.
Do you allow pets?
Payments can be made though CashApp, PayPal, or cryptocurrency.
How much do rooms cost?
Nightly: 80-100 Q
Weekly: 500-800 Q

Hi I'm Kayla!
I'm a web designer, course creator, entrepnerur, and lifelong mystic/clairvoyant/lightworker.
I created The HUB in 2020 after renting out what was formerly The Hummingbird Hostel in Tzununa.
I first came to the lake in early 2020. After staying hereNot too long ago I started noticing that many spiritual entrepreneurs were struggling with the tech aspects of their business, so I began helping other mystics get their online strategies together. I realized the huge need for spiritually-aligned tech help! Now I focus my web design services on helping fellow spiritual entrepreneurs.
I combine smart strategy, focused planning, and crystal clear communication with a big dash of divine heart led guidance!
